You want it? We got it. CFFC has bumper plates, barbells, dumbbells, GHDs, rowers, ski-ergs, echo bikes, air runners, ropes and more. We’re constantly updating our inventory to provide our members the best and the latest.
Outside the Box
We have an outdoor rig for those beautiful East Tennessee days, along with 11,000 feet of paved outdoor space for those running workouts.
Our indoor facility is large enough to accommodate a group class of up to 50 people. We have two bathrooms and two showers available to members, as well as a dedicated kids area within sight to bring along your kiddos.
