How do I get started?

At CFFC, everyone belongs, and everyone has a path forward. That’s why we offer four levels of daily programming so you can train effectively and confidently no matter your experience level: 

  • Liberty is our most scaled option, perfect for beginners.
  • Independence offers less scaling while still focusing on building strengths and skills.
  • Freedom is our prescribed (Rx) workout for experienced athletes.
  • Compete is our Rx+ track, designed for those who want an extra challenge and competitive edge. 

You’ll never be asked to “keep up”. We meet you where you are. Our coaches will help you choose the level that fits where you are today, with the goal of progressing over time. No matter which track you’re in, you’ll get a great workout and the support you need to keep getting better.  A majority of our coaches are Level 2 CrossFit trainers, and they believe form is key for the safety of the athletes who step into our gym. The goal is for our coaches to help you determine how to scale to get the intended stimulus of the workout.

All workout variations occur at the same time. For instance, let’s say you go to the 5:30 p.m. class. The workout may call for Snatches. Those doing the Freedom version of the workout will perform the Snatches (Olympic lift), while those who follow the Liberty track may do Kettlebell Swings in place of the Snatches. No matter the scaling option you choose, classes are offered at the same time.

I have prior CrossFit experience and I’m ready to jump back in at CFFC!

Saturday: 8:30 a.m. (June – September), 9:30 a.m. (October – May)

Sunday: 1 p.m. On Ramp Class & Members Only Open Gym
