We’re housed in a 2500 square foot warehouse facility in Fountain City. Our indoor facility is accompanied by ample outdoor space that we will be continuing to add to as we settle into our new location!

Our new space is designed with purpose. From streamlined layouts to fresh flooring and improved lighting, every inch has been reimagined to create a clean, functional, and motivating environment. It’s a space that works harder, just like you.
Premium Equipment
You want it? We got it. CFFC has bumper plates, barbells, dumbbells, GHDs, rowers, echo bikes, an air runner, ropes and more. We’re constantly updating our new space and inventory to provide our members the best and the latest.
Outside the Box
We have some exciting plans for our huge lot . More info to come on that front as the space evolves! We also have a dedicated warm-up area upstairs with a place to put your belongings, two bathrooms, and an office space where you can purchase gym merch and pre and post-workout drinks and snacks.
