We’re housed in a 2500 square foot warehouse facility in Fountain City. Our indoor facility is accompanied by ample outdoor space that we will be continuing to add to as we settle into our new location!

Our new space is designed with purpose. From streamlined layouts to fresh flooring and improved lighting, every inch has been reimagined to create a clean, functional, and motivating environment. It’s a space that works harder, just like you.
Premium Equipment
You want it? We got it. CFFC has bumper plates, barbells, dumbbells, GHDs, rowers, echo bikes, an air runner, ropes and more. We’re constantly updating our new space and inventory to provide our members the best and the latest.
More Space Upstairs
If you’re looking for space to warm up, do accessory work and bodybuilding-style lifting, do your own WOD, or run on the air runner, our upstairs space is the spot to be. There are also cubbies upstairs where you can keep your belongings.
Outside the Box
We have some exciting plans for our huge lot . More info to come on that front as the space evolves! We also have two bathrooms and an office space where you can purchase gym merch and pre and post-workout drinks and snacks.
