CrossFit? For kids? Is that safe?

Don’t worry, ya’ll. CrossFit Kids is not simply a “scaled down” version of adult CrossFit.

Our CrossFit Kids program at CFFC is a strength and conditioning program specifically tailored for the developmental needs of children (motor, cognitive, neurological). In a group setting, children can participate in fun, engaging workouts and games that help them develop a love for fitness. CrossFit Kid workouts consist of constantly varied, functional movements that are broad, inclusive, and scalable.

CrossFit Kids classes are open to children ages 5 – 12. If your child is 13, we encourage them to try out our normal CrossFit classes!

Classes twice a week

Our CrossFit Kids classes are Monday/Wednesday from 4:15 – 5 PM, and Tuesday/Thursday at 10 AM.

Your child’s first class is free!

Our monthly memberships for one child: $75
Monthly membership for 2 siblings: $135

Our CrossFit Kids Coach

Kendra Miller is a dedicated CrossFit L1 Trainer, specializing in coaching the kids program at CFFC. As a wife and mother, she understands the importance of fostering a healthy and active lifestyle. Since starting her own CrossFit journey in 2022, Kendra has developed an unwavering passion for the sport. Driven by a desire to constantly improve, Kendra eagerly embraces new techniques and skills along the way. CrossFit has been a life-changing experience for her, helping her conquer fears, build confidence, and discover a supportive community. As a natural encourager, Kendra brings compassion and motivation to every training session, inspiring others to push beyond their limits.
