We’re excited to introduce a strength program made for boys and girls in Middle School and up! Our Teen Strength & Conditioning program is a perfect accessory for any teen that is in any sports program. Teens will improve sports performance, learn functional movements, and build strength. The Unlimited Monthly Membership, $80/month, includes 3 days a week of the Teen Strength Program AND access to any of the other CrossFit classes we offer!
Classes are open to kids & teens 11+

- Accessory Work to focus on smaller muscles

Coach Kendra
Kendra is a dedicated CrossFit L1 Trainer and is certified by the IYCA, the International Youth Conditioning Association. As a wife and mother, she understands the importance of fostering a healthy and active lifestyle. Since starting her own CrossFit journey in 2022, Kendra has developed an unwavering passion for the sport. Driven by a desire to constantly improve, Kendra eagerly embraces new techniques and skills along the way. CrossFit has been a life-changing experience for her, helping her conquer fears, build confidence, and discover a supportive community. As a natural encourager, Kendra brings compassion and motivation to every training session, inspiring others to push beyond their limits.

Kevin started his CrossFit journey during his firefighting days, driven by a desire to stay in peak physical condition for his demanding job. Over a decade later, even though he’s no longer in the fire service, CrossFit remains a central part of his life. What keeps him hooked? The community. Despite exploring other fitness programs over the years, none have matched the unique camaraderie of a CrossFit gym. Now, Kevin is a L1 CrossFit Trainer with a passion for lifting heaving weights. He enjoys coaching others in an atmosphere that is fun, challenging, and sometimes a little goofy!
