Lift 30,000#/20,000# using lifts of choice.
Your total amount of weight moved adds up to 30k/20k. You pick the lift/movement.
E.g. 667 45# barbell snatches = 30,015# meaning you lifted 15# over the required 30,000 lbs!
Rx+: Bob must do 1.5x the specified weight! Or Sue! I don’t know Sue but if you’re female then you have to do 30.000 pounds!
