40 deadlift 115/75

30/20 ring dips
Murph is tomrrow. Weight should be light on the deadlift.. probably should be able to hit 40 reps in 3 sets or less. I know ring dips are a little easier for the guys so they’ve got 20 extra reps. Have fun!


Bench Press (4×8)

No need to go too heavy unless you want to. You’ve got 200 pushups if you’re doing Murph with us Saturday.
