Front Rack Lunge (6×8)

Again, 6 sets of 8 this week as well; 4 reps per side. This time, you will have the barbell in the front rack position and you will step BACK to do the lunges. Weight should not be very heavy, technique should be perfect.

If you cannot do a perfect lunge, try a 12, 18, or 20 inch box to step up onto.
