CrossFit First Creek – Cardio Shred
We are going to start this week during Shred a program called Infinite Intensity. If you will follow all of these workouts you WILL SEE RESULTS. Do not be intimidated if you see a term you do not know, anyone who tries a shred class will be able to do every element. This stuff works so make sure you come on out and give it a try.
Metcon (No Measure)
Buy In: 7 Min time to get 5 total minutes in plank Position
5 Dumbbell/KB Snatches Per Arm
5 Dumbbell/KB Swings Per Arm
Rest 60 seconds and repeat
