100 KB/DB Lunge (L/R=1 Rep) (53/35)

80 Stick situps

60 Overhead Squat (95/65)

40 Strict Pullups

20 Strict Handstand Pushups

200 Jump rope
Split reps as needed. KB/DB are held down at your side in both hands. Stick situps are with a PVC pipe behind your neck. Be careful not to pull on your neck, discard pvc if needed. Kill it!!

Cool down
