Metcon (Time)
5 Rounds of:
100 M Farmers Carry (53/35- 2 Kettlebells)
10 V-ups
5 hang power clean and jerk (115/75)
3 power snatch (115/75)
-1 min rest after each round-
Move fluidly throughout the 5 rounds. Really focus on the negative in your v ups and maintain good position; engaging the right muscles and keeping your midline. The barbell is meant to be cycled. Choose a weight where you can perform unbroken reps.
