For time:

200 double unders

20 handstand pushup

30 clean and jerk (135/85)

40 toes to bar

50 ring rows
Chipper style. Pretty self explanatory but the ring rows should be done elevated with your feet on a box and your body as parallel to the ground as possible. We all should be pulling knuckles to breast plate.

Weightlifting

Deadlift (6×3 at 80%)

No deficit. Touch and go reps.
