Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

As a pair:

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 25 minutes

10 rounds (you go, I go) 5 rounds each

30 air squats

20 push press (75/55)

10 hang power clean (75/55)

Rest 2:00

10 rounds (you go, I go) 5 rounds each

20/15 cal assault bike sprint or 200 m sprint

10 power snatch (75/55)
Some intervals. If you finish start back at 30-20-10. Weight should be light enough where you could do the sets unbroken if you were fresh.. Try to hang on to the barbell during your round. Then recover.
