30 minute AMRAP
Partner 1- 200 m run
Partner 2- AMRAP Cindy
partner 1 runs and comes back inside and starts back on Cindy where partner 2 left off and vice versa. Cindy is 5 pullups, 10 pushups, 15 air squats. The past few Fridays we have done some murph practice so I hope this will help you pace the workout. Fridays will continue to look like this through Memorial Day. If you have a 20# vestm wear it. Score is rounds of Cindy in 30 minutes.
