15 KB Swings (Russian) (53/35)
20 Pistols (10 each leg)
One partner works, while another rests per round. 5 Muscle-ups, 10 C2B, or 15 Pull-ups are all considered RX and you are allowed to switch mid workout. Scale pistols to 1 leg box squat, using rings for assistance if needed. 30 min time cap.
