31 Hang Cleans (95/65 lb)
31 Sit-Ups
31 Double-Unders
31 Deadlifts (185/135 lb)
For each movement all 31 reps must be unbroken. If you fail to do all 31 reps unbroken, start back at rep #1 for that movement. Rest only between movements. Scale as needed.
To be considered unbroken if an object starts on the ground it can’t touch the ground again until the 31st rep is complete. For barbell movements (overhead squats and push jerks) the bar may rest on the shoulders. For bodyweight movements like box jumps and burpees, athlete must keep moving.
