800 M Run
15 Box Jumps Overs (24/20)
600 M Run
20 Box Jumps (Step Down)
400 M Run
25 Box Overs
200 M Run
30 Step-ups
*Box Jump Overs: Jump on/over Box and land on opposite side. Do not have to extend on top of box.
*Box Jumps (step down): jump on box, full extension and step off of box. We’re accumulating quite a few reps in this workout 😉
*Box Overs: Get over Box in any fashion. Step over, can use hands. Make sure feet go over box, not around.
*Step-ups: Alternate legs, extend at the top of box.
*With each box exercise pay special attention to knee placement. Knees should track and stay behind your toes.
