Partner WOD

For Time:

3 Rounds:

30 Pull-ups

40 DB Shoulder to Overhead (50/35)

50 Medball Sit-ups (20/14)

60 Jump squats

*During workout, resting partner will work towards completing 500 Double Unders.
*35 Min time cap.

*Split reps up however you like with partner.

*Once you and partner have completed 500 double unders, one partner will work and the other rest.

*Single arm DB shoulder to overhead. Switch arms as needed. Extend hips with arm extended each rep.
