Snatch

4 sets of 3 reps High Hang Snatch

-Then-

4 sets of 2 Snatch Doubles (85%)
High hang snatch should be a squat snatch! Use the high hang position to work on form/mobility. Big pull, drop quickly under the bar! Snatch doubles should be squat snatches as well. Touch and go if possible.

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

6 min AMRAP of:

100 M Row

10 Wallballs
4 minutes rest in between metcons
