1. 90′ sled push (90/50 added)
2. Toes to bar
3. KB deadlift (53/35)
4. Peg board/strict pull-ups
5. GHD sit-ups
6. Hang clean thrusters (95/65)
2:00 break between set
Scoring: 6 rounds for reps. Sets one and two will compile on one another. 1st round of toes to bar, me and my partner get 30- next round we get 22; the score for toes to bar will be 52.
