Reps do not have to be touch and go, but they can be. Like between the hang squat clean and full clean, you can drop the bar and reset. Up to you.

Hit this one hard and fast and leave nothing in the tank. New standard on snatch is you have to switch hands below your collarbone..
Also remember the no step back/up on the burpee, prescribed.
