8 Rounds for time of: (4 rounds each)

*partner 1

20 Stick Sit-ups

15 Box Jumps Overs (24/20)

10 Front Rack Lunges (95/65)

10 Push Presses (95/65)

*partner 2

30/20 cal bike or row

When both partners have completed their assigned work: switch.
Partner 1 will complete one full round.

Partner 2 will accumulate calories on Rower/Assault Bike.

Round 2-partner one will accumulate calories on rower/bike and partner two will complete one round of work.

Example:

Round 1 & 2 Cals on Rower

Round 3 & 4 Cals on Assault Bike

Round 5 & 6 Cals on Rower

Round 7 & 8 Cals on Assault Bike
