5 sets of 6 reps @ 70% +10/5 lbs
The weight will be challenging. One set every 2:30.
Scale to ring pullups+matador dips. If you can do banded muscle ups on ring or bar, do that. Everybody use rings for pullups. Snatches are squat snatch.
