This workout is “practice” for MURPH which we will do on Memorial Day. A weighted vest should not be worn today.

Metcon (Time)

Partner “MURPH”

2 Person Teams

Run 800 Meters together (at the same time)

100 Pull Ups (split work any way)

200 Push Ups (split work any way)

300 Air Squats (split work any way)

Run 800 M together (at the same time)
Partners run together at the same time, all of the inside work will be done one at a time with one partner working and one resting.
