5 Pull-Ups

10 Push-Ups

15 Air Squats

Perform one clean-and-jerk followed by round of “Cindy” (5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, 15 air squats) followed by 2 clean-and-jerks. Repeat, adding another clean-and-jerk each round.
