THE SEVENTIES
Teams of two
70 double unders (each)
Then-
70 single KB ground to overhead 53/35
70 KB lunge (goblet style)
70 ring dips
70 box overs (any fashion)
70 chest to bar pullups
Then-
7 x 100m sprints (each, alt w partner)
One working while one resting. Split reps however desired. Ground to overhead can be done on the same arm consecutively or you can alternate each rep, either way is fine. KB does return to the ground each rep.
