30 Wallballs 20/14 (split 15/15)
30 Pull-ups (split 15/15)
30 Box jumps 24/20″ (split 15/15)
20 Synchro Hang DB snatch 50/35
One partner completes 15 reps then the next partner completes their portion. On the synchro hang snatches, your sync phase is at the top of the snatch. Do all 10 on right arm, then all 10 on left. Rest as needed.
