Handstand Push-ups (6 sets of 4 – EMOM)
6×4, 3 second eccentric 2 second pause in the tripod. Work on bringing your knees all the way to your chest, maintain balance throughout. Figure out your weight transfer from position to position. Come down off the wall each rep if you need to. Really attack this HSPU practice from the top down.
