Partner WOD

25 Minute AMRAP of:

32 Double Unders (Both Partners)

12 Pull-ups (Synchronized)

8 Clusters (75/55) (See-saw) (1:1)

4 Rope Climbs (See-saw) (1:1)
-Partners can work at the same time on double Unders. Once both have completed 32, they move onto pull-ups.

-Pull-ups are synchronized, both partners complete 12, Chin Over Bar at the same time.

-Clusters (squat clean thrusters) will be completed see-saw style. Partner 1 goes (1 rep) partner 2 goes (1 rep) and so on…

-Rope Climbs will be see-saw as well. Same as Clusters.

*Score in Wodify: Rounds and reps completed with partner. Do not Double could synchronized reps.
