DU’s: Warm-up (No Measure)

3 min double under practice

Death by double unders
Begin death by Double unders with 10 reps. Increase by 10 reps each minute until failure to complete within the min. If you do not get double unders within the 3 min warm up, do 15 single unders, increasing by 15.

Snatch (4 x 2+2+2)

You’re going to perform 2 snatches from the ground, then 2 hang snatch, then 2 snatch balance. Work up to a heavy complex. 1 set every 3 minutes or so.

Metcon (No Measure)

14 min Alternating EMOM of:

15/10 push-ups

10 OHS (115/75)
Use a deficit if needed. If you’re not comfortable overhead use a lighter weight that you can move well. think about moving well, not how fast you can get it done.
