Handstand Push-up Skill Work (2 Min Max Reps)

2 Minutes to find max reps Handstand Push-ups.

*Full range of motion.

*Hands in front of face, vertical forearms, tight core throughout. Head goes down and forward, then up and through arms.

*Scale option: Use box. Keep knees close to edge of box and butt in the air.

Scale to regular push-ups/ incline push-ups next.
