1 sled sprint (heavy)

6 hang power snatch (95/65)

12 hang squat cleans

18 box jump 24/20″
Work no longer than 3 minutes per round. If it takes you more than 3 minutes stop working at that time. Resume again phentermine at 4:00/8:00/12:00….where you left off. Score is total rounds. If you stay on the minutes it will be 8 rounds.
